Michael Pyc embraces all the complexities and challenges of his role, but his goal is simple and singular – to be an outstanding property professional achieving the best outcome for each of his clients.

He uses his intellect, honesty, wealth of experience and straightforward advice to tailor the sales process to maximise the outcome, while using his people skills to ensure the sales process flows smoothly from start to finish.

Michael transitioned to the real estate industry in 2010 after 25 years in structural engineering. He holds an Honours Degree in Engineering and worked with some of Australia’s most significant consultancies, involved in the design of local and international projects ranging from residential renovations to high rise towers. Michael moved into real estate in order to work in a more people-oriented environment, where his in-depth understanding of many aspects of architecture and property development could be put to extremely effective use.

Michael is honoured to be working alongside some of the best in the industry and to be providing great sales services in the Lower North Shore, the area he has called home since 1978.

We recently moved to the Willoughby area and rented a property through Michael at L J Hooker. Michael and his team were absolutely outstanding to deal with. Due to some additional family pressures at the time I needed some out of ordinary inspection times and he accommodated these and some negotiation around the lease commencement date without complaint, keeping his Landlord in the loop at all times. He was always respectful, polite, open, warm and friendly while maintaining complete professionalism on behalf of his Landlord. I was never made to feel like a second class citizen as a tenant, which was a common occurrence with other Agencies and Property Managers. The application and lease signing process was stress-free and seamless and the minor repairs that were needed to the property have been effected without unreasonable delays. Additionally, his communication with his Landlord around some improvements I wished to make at my own expense have been exemplary in that they have been transparent and conducted in a timely fashion.
